Lucy Djoose is Joeys private secretary,the one which knows (almost)all the secrets,got to trust someone huh??.
Luxy will play a major role in upcoming storybites.
I dont know if the toys and accessories need a tagging i guess not.
Hey i read something very intersting the other day thanks to byteline:
here the site in german i try to translate a part of it:
if you been living as a kid in the 60/70/80s and look back it is almost unbelievable that we survived.
We been sitting in cars no airbags no safety belts
we where able to open all type of bottles by ourselves even the ones with poisoneous ingredients
our beds where painted with paint of lead and cadmium
doors where always a threat to our little fingers
on the bicycles we never wore a helmet
we drannk water out of the tab and not out of bottles
we drank all from the same bottles and no one got sick
we left home in the morning for playing and only had to come home when it grew dark
no adults with us,besides they did not care
nobody knew where we where when we went into the woods,we did not carry mobile phones
we had fights, broke each others nose,no lawyer no police,just kiddos accidents
we ate cookies drank sweets limonade and nobody grew fat out of this (at least not everyone lol)
we did not had playstation or xbox but we had friends.
We just went out on the streets and met them.
We wnet to their houses and walked in even without ringing the bell.
We went alone to school miles per pedes no adults took us with their huge Suvs
we ate worms and nobody died,
some scholars where not as intelligent with others but we had no turmoils for this or unnecessary parents reunions and change of plans and learning stuff.
Our misdeeds always had consequences and we could not hide behind the back of our parents.
It goes on like this and i most agree
how where we able to survive these dangerous times ??:

Yeah .... an old one from the web is that Doc! I guess you only need to extend that thought process a few hundred years, yet alone a few thousand to answer that question. Then, there was no such thing as a childhood except for the super rich!

Il faut tout de même se réjouir que certaines choses aient changé; par exemple la peinture au plomb a fait pas mal de dégats sur la santé! Mais aujourd'hui on vit dans un monde où dans tous les domaines, l'idéal obligatoire (lol) est le "zéro défaut"... Peut-être on n'a survécu (je suis de 1946) que par sélection naturelle, et que... si on est là pour en parler...c'est qu'on est pas mort!! Superbe personnage et image, René!

Tu as raison, René, ces dangers n'existent plus, mais ont été remplacés par d'autres : les conservateurs dans tout ce qu'on mange, le danger d'Internet pour les enfants (réseaux sociaux, rencontres...), que sais-je encore, le danger est toujours là, mais il a changé de visage ! Belle image en tout cas !

Great job on this image Rene, can't wait to see more of her. I totally agree with the rant you went on. Governments have become too big and intrusive, like a big brother on steroids. They think you're smart enough to vote for your leaders, but not smart enough to choose your own toilet or lightbulb. This is a condescending mindset that is prevalent today.

Great render and the quote is priceless! I lived almost all of that. My mother's arm was my airbag. My sister, a friend and I would walk to where the local creek emptied into the Kentucky River BY OURSELVES to swim and we were only 10-11 yrs old. We ate homemade Halloween candy without X-rays. We must have had tougher guardian angels!

Great looking office you set up. The toys in the pencil box give us a hint as to what she does on boring days. :) Yes times were much simpler when we were kids in the late fifties and into the sixties. I remember how big a treat it was when one of the kids I knew told us their family got a "color" TV. They let us come over to to see Hockey Night in Canada on a Saturday night. It was several years later our family got a color TV of our own.

there's a lot more to that rant (I've got a copy of it somewhere) but one thing that I remember is that if we got into trouble at someone's house, we got it there and we got it when we came home and there were no calls to child Protecive Services. the same for misdeeds at school. Great image BTW

life sure was simple then... I miss it. cool render, Rene, burgers and toys, things every office should have!

And don't forget how frighten kids were of the teachers. Do wrong and parents were called. Kid got smack on side of head from parent plus punishment added to having to stay after school. Most kids weren't chubby because they were outside playing as you stated above. No comps so social life was in person with their friends. Kids have it too soft today for sure.

I can't imagine how a kids mind works these days.. there are no consequences for anything they do, but then again, there are no reasons for them to "do" anything. They sit glued to the monitor of their game and munch snacks and suck down soda all day and night. They don't read, run, play or think... except they do think about how to get to the next level of their game.. nothing else matters. P.K.Dick wrote a book about something like this a long time back, I am going to have to re-read it, called the Penultimate Truth, I think. cool rant and a really great render bro.. totally realistic!

I never wore a helmet. & I lived at the top of 'Cliffhill' Drive. & yes, it was basically a cliff. I loved speeding down it on my bike or home made skate board. I crashed into the rose bushes at the bottom so many times, the lady that lived there finally took them all out. Lol. Did I mention I was an adrenaline addict? ;}~

Amen to your above list! I 'lived' through all those 'hazardous' days myself and can remember all the items you list as being in effect. Small wonder we made it this far, lol, eh Rene! Great little work of art as well! Bravo, my friend! Good stuff!!!!!

Yep did all those thing except eating worms...LOL. But you forgot I got a chemistry set one Christmas. I did some mad scientist experiments out in the yard. I remember one spot in particular as nothing ever grew there again, and of course the terror I was with the bb gun. We had 2 peach trees, 2 apricot trees, one lemon, one pomegranate, and one grapefruit trees. The birds just loved our yard until I got that bb gun. I buried them all around the trees, I'm sure they loved the fertilizer. As to your render, I see the lady is a fan of your art. I suspect you put them up for this render and put you wife's renders back up when you were done. I heard no song on this one....sorry

I'm chuckling over all those things I lived through and lots more too. Amazing that so many of us survived. The kids of today have missed such a lot eh! This is an excellent render with this up to date young lady.

I feel sorry for todays kids who are always whining "I'm bored, there's nothing to do". We didn't have any of the things today's kids have, and we were never bored! You're right, all the dangers of life we faced and we lived! As far as I'm concerned, it all made us stronger and more resistant to germs and viruses and diseases. I wouldn't want to be one of todays kids. They have everything by the time they are 10, and there is nothing left to want! What is there to strive for if you already have everything, every new gadget, toy, etc. I'm glad I was born when I was and won't be around to see the trouble these kids will bring to the world when it's their turn to govern it. Oh .. before I forget .. awesome work on this
