Description

Ok, here is the smoked turkey... Had a few comments that made me laugh when I said I had smoked a turkey. :) giggle :) This is what it came out looking like. And then here is what I got out of it. One container of breast for sandwiches. One bag with two legs. Two bags of dark meat. We like the breast the best, but it is cheaper to buy the whole turkey. So I buy the whole turkey and give the legs and dark meat to friends. This was a small 10 lb turkey. And there is Bill's first sandwich, on pumpernickel bread. The meat came out very moist. :) I like my turkey breast sandwiches with Mayo and Dill pickles.... Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm Ok, My mouth is watering now. Is yours?

Very interesting! I mainly only feed me most of the time, so I only buy small bits of meat.

Great looking turkey! Love this and would love a turkey sandwich today. I'm surprised you made turkey now since later this week is turkey day in the USA.
