Getting long render times with these, not sure which to go for as a final image
Any advice welcome

Hard choice. They're all good. I have to go with the bottom right as well.

All have individual characteristics that merit comment but if having to offer a choice I myself prefer upper left as it has more lighting in the back that gives an aurora to the city in the foreground...Though lower right holds it own weight too!...Well at least I narrowed it down to 2....(smiles)...

The lower right as the lighting is a scifi classic lighting. Perfect!

Both the ones on the right ... they both have excellent contrast, strong depth of field and the misting is well placed. The lower right one is more classic Sci-fi with he exaggerated planet whereas the top is a strong terrestrial scene.

The upper left is the most captivating due to the dramatic sky. I would add a little life to the cityscape with some building lights. Lots of potential here!

All 4 of these are lovely and amazing works. I would vote for #5 which is Top Right, with the addition of the Death Star and spacecraft from bottom right. Top Right is so well lit so as to show of the amazing textures of the city and bg mountain. Your gallery is totally awesome.

Upper left by far the better one the lighting is so much better.
