Description
Another dead simple image largely designed to stimulate the imagination. Not many people still alive will have actually witnessed a scene such as the above, so it's probably far from accurate. I haven't mucked about with the water due to the scale of the thing. The UBoat is about 250 ft long so you wouldn't see much in the way of bubbles etc in the water anyway at these sizes, so I didn't bother. Sorry if it's a bit drab, water's murky anyway!

Actually, I remember a scene not unlike this from a movie I saw when very, very young (five or six). Scared the devil out of me. Gave me nightmares for weeks; and yes it was during WWII.
