Breaking news: SIN-Broadcasting announces the public presentation of the unique Unicycle to the public.
After an extended testing phase (and a few deadly crashes in the process-lol)Spacko-council decided to open corridors in the Airspace of Spackopolis to the public,for the new Unicycles and other “HF” Hover & Fly vehicles.
A big market there and the sharks are already waiting for the cake to be shared.
Joey is holding the public speech,(tha guy dips his fingers everywhere),he is in company of SIN-anchorman Harry Wank and his personal bodyguard Monica Shlitzky,the big man needs protection nowadays what with all the weirdos around.

and of course we have the young lady in the background being a photo-bomb. I'm surprised that the cameras haven't been closely checked - as with today's tech work, a weapon could be inside the camera giving a whole new meaning to the phrase 'Point and Shoot'
