Description
This is the lounge area above the reception desk in Historic Park Inn. It has a piano and some furniture designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. The ceiling was too low for me. I am 6'3". I had to hunch over to stand in the lounge.
The hotel originally had hard wood floors throughout, but when they went to restore the hotel most of the floors were so rotted that they had to replace them with carpet designed to look like one of his designs. The ladies lounge was the only hard wood floor that they were able to save.
