One of the boats from yesterday's post. This illustrates how they haul the boats up the beach by winch and wooden rollers over the small smooth pebbles.

That's got to be a hard pull, as evidenced by the modified hitch point far back into the keel deadwood. They must have a reversing pulley somewhere out there under water in order to pull them back into the water.
