Description
“Andis Urbane” named after the great architect Andi Rolfe (lol)has seen a lot of troubles during the times of economic crisis.
It was one of Joey Proudnecks goals to get the district up and running again,he invested quite some money in there,and now can see the fruits of his “hard”labor,pressing flesh,campaigning to assemble money,all these BS-cock-tail parties... etc.lol.
We see the people walking around with other things in hand than a year before with all these weaponry-people have again found hope in this place.
