Description

This is a photo of the sheer cliffs inside Eldorado Canyon State Park here in Colorado. In Spanish the word Eldorado means gilded or covered with gold. Which may refer to the Golden color of the lichen on the cliffs. The sheer cliffs attract rock climbers from all over the world as the canyon offers over 500 technical rock climbing routes. Can You spot the 5 climbers here in this photo? Thanks for stopping by. Please zoom!

I found four for sure and what looks like a fifth one. A lot of little bits that look like climbers. Spectacular landscape and the climbers really give it prespective and scale.

I only find one climber, Bob (on the left with a blue shirt). What an impressing photo and rock. I like to read your text about this Eldorado. Your photo is fabulous, with all those colors and textures. But, my, how dangerous looking; I guess there are also accidents, but I hope not of course.
