I really like your work on the character and the candle a lot (especially the glow around the candle), but it seems a shame not to have had a darker outdoor scene for your background. The overall effect is that it's still day time and no need for the candle.

Well, the candle isn't necessarily used for lighting purposes, Notice the title says "The Path" and hers has to deal with light, only in a spiritual way. This picture is kind of symbolic. I did take into consideration that the background was still daytime, but I think the background goes with her outfit and atmosphere of the picture so I decided to leave it. Thanks for commenting though.

this is so cool, I like her appearence very mysterious.. I would work more on her chest plate or armour the texture on it seems a bit streached. The candle looks awsome well done cris; keep up the good work....

This is a great image. I like it. The lighting is really well done. Nice added touch with the light reflected in her eyes. Great work!
