You might spot me at Kirra Beach, the South-Eastern end of the Gold Coast, Australia,  if you like beach walking like myself... but there is more ! My son Jeff (*jif3d*, here at Rendo, it helps to advertise, ooops)... he took this pic of me in 2000, then manipulated it in photo-shop and it's still one of my favourites. Just very briefly about my past... *born in East Prussia; *grew up in Berlin, West Germany; *migrated to "OZ" in 1960, (not the Wizard of Oz) but...AUSTRALIA ! I guess  I was more into '2D' since early childhood, and thinking that my son Jeff may have inherited some of my artistic skills, because he translated them into '3D'. I am hooked on photography, since I discovered cameras... that's it in a nutshell. BTW - one of my fav.quotes.... ** I cannot give you the formula for success, but I can give you the formula for failure - which is trying to please everybody !**                                              that's a wrap... Cheers Brigitte.

I have SO enjoyed this! If you have snapped the lot maybe you could make 4 or 5 more montages, for I for one should like to see them all! I should be hard-pressed to choose a favourite, as they all have something terrific about them. No.9 is less interesting to me than the others, and I'm predisposed to prefer organic forms, so maybe No.6 is the one you can post me over to the UK for my garden. Or, pop it in your luggage for your trip to Europe, Brigitte!

Outstanding collage BB, I really liked them all (51 !), but my all time fav would have to be #8 Alu the Box-fish, kinda just like real Anime ! I agree with Andrea, do some more of these to show off the local talent ! ~Cheers~

This has been a wonderful series and I would love to see more. They all look great and have something special about them but 4,6 & 9 would look really great in my garden and maybe a few of 7 sprinkled about just for effect. Thank you for sharing.

Number 3 is my favorite but I'm currently distracted by your prime minister Julia Gillard who today confirmed the Mayans were right and we are all going to die. And her delivery was superb. She might have a future in comedy. But you and I already know that most politicians are clowns.

Oh, you make it so hard for us to chose, dear Brigitte. And I'm with Andrea, as she suggested to do some more collections of the other ones, it isn't boring, but very high quality and interesting. Sure I have favorites, but all are in other ways special to me. Here we go: 3, 7, 4, 2, 5, if I may give five as my preference, please; for each finger on my hand one :). I'm really curious for all the others, BB*-chen!

that was a great idea Brigitte! and perfect to see all together - i prefer the first one, the ladies who are looking the art- makes action in this picture. naturally all sculptures are great work, but your picture Nr. 1 make transparent what art can do - animation to looking and seeing...

If I had one in my garden, and had to look at it every day and never tire of it, I would have to choose #7. :)

I find the subject matter you choose for your works awe-inspiring, and right "up my street", so to speak. I'm currently taking Level 2 classes in both CAD for illustration, and 3D modeling for graphic design and artistic visualization, and find true inspiration and motivation from mathematical sculptures, such as the ones you have photographed here so well. Thank you so much for sharing these, and also for exposing some incredible art, through your own art, to people who may have never found beauty in such creations. Far too often, sculptures like these are overlooked or ignored as just abstractual objects, because most people do not understand, at first, the mathematical art, and sacred aesthetic they represent. As a photographer, I'm sure you have a keen eye for the hidden beauty of the world, and feel a compulsive duty to bring that aesthetic to the attention of others. Great works. :)
