Description
Finally posted one where the detail is not diminished like in the previous one. Hope you enjoy this one. It is based on the Opera by Wagner, "Parzival". Klingsor is the evil magician who creates illusions which pass off as reality. Gee, it almost sounds like our current world.

I can't stress enough what i feel about your Ink drawings and wish i had the ability to do these once again but with my arthritis holding a pen is just not a happening thing anymore.I used to do it a bit differently though....It's called "shadow boxes" as I'd take a piece of glass and cover it in ink then scratch off a design.Afterwards inside the box you'd take colored tinfoil and crumble it and place it in various parts of the box deciding where you'd want certain colors to show. Then place the etched drawing/glass as a cover to the box.Add a light pointing toward the box and it would appear like a neon sign in a weird sorta way.Haven't done one in years and if it wasn't for arthritis I'd try once again as your ink pieces inspire me to want to try.....(smiles)...
