ZOOM for a nicer look!
Here is a shot from the day I went to Manhattan Beach CA. A constant rain was falling and the waves were above average (about 6-7 feet). There were a half-dozen hardcore surfers and boogie boarders out there. The light rain had me at constant attention cleaning off the filter on my lens.
This was the first time I ever shot surfers and I actually enjoyed it a lot. I have since found out about a local area that has much bigger waves (not being a surfer myself, I had no idea about those areas). Only a matter of time until I hit that up for some photos.

Great shot; I've done a lot of surfer fotos in Huntington Beach. I love shooting them; every foto has something different and the action's always great!!
