Description
I quite enjoy the steam-punkesque period feel to these lithographed Dinopics. This one is my favourite. Here we have that other mainstay of books about Dinosaurs- Stegosaurus versus Allosaurus. In this scenario a lone Stegosaurus seeks the shade of the forest to escape the harsh sun of the Jurassic Day. As the creature near exhaustion from dehydration finally reaches the shade he is pounced on by a lurking Allosaurus.
Dinoraul's drolling Allosaurus takes on his first version of the Mighty Steg.

Right with you on the style! This works great. Creates an almost abstract feel, and then you work through the details and see what's really going on. Really effective.
