Description
I've been working to create an image with a painted effect and here is what I've come up with so far. This image was created with textures, filters and tone/level adjustment; 100% digital. Used Poser 9 to create the face, then did all the work in PhotoShop Elements 10. Filtered with Post Work Shop, Filter Forge, Perfect Effects 3 and used Art Rage for a color swatch.
