Description
There's a part of the city time seems to have forgotten. A place that ends were the sea begins, where anything can be brought or sold, where nothing is seen or heard.
A community of chameleons, blending like shadows in the dark, graffiti on the walls, neither seen nor heard, known or unknown.
And at the end of this place where the sea begins, is Chinamen’s Wharf.
