She looks like a "new" Angel, doesn't know the "new" wold and has wandered her self into the "bad boy" area... A Young demon is telling her how nice her short little dress looks and how nicely those two would fit together - lol Cool picture, the emotion on her face and her left hand lead me to believe the story I be told.
