I'm not on too often anymore however this render is "Really" well done. Pose and Props conform and compliment the model, expression and the positioning of the fan is quite Brilliant allowing the fan's detail to be appreciated with the lighter background. The only thing I would have added is a light source forward above her head at the "10 o'clock" position to highlight that beautiful hair just a skosh and a photo background to give this some realism and depth of field.
