Description
On November 1, 1938 the Match Race of the 20th Century was held at the Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, Maryland. The race was between War Admiral, a Triple Crown winner & Seabiscuit, a small horse with a rags-to-riches history, who had become a symbol of hope for many Americans during the Great Depression.
Thanks to Ken Gilliland for his free textures for the Jockey Set, as well as Seabiscuit's Blinkers, I was able to do this render of that momentous event.
If you are uncertain who won this race it was Seabiscuit.
It is exciting to do these racing renders! I hope you are all enjoying them as much as I am enjoying doing them.
