Description

Anita from the AHT rang as she said she would. Meadow had a comfortable night, she has had very, very strong painkillers so her legs are a bit wobbley due to the effects. She hadn't eaten or had a drink herself but that could be because she is so spaced out. She could open Meadows mouth a bit further. The plan for today was to cut the painkillers down a little & monitor her progress & look to getting her home before Xmas. She said she would ring me tomorrow morning at nine. I know I have said it before but THANKYOU so much for thinking of her, positive thoughts from you all are amazing. I am afraid I always think the worst, so positive thinking is good. You are so kind. xx Thanks for all the lovely comments & favs, so, so appreciated. xxx

Best of luck to you and Meadow. We just lost our Lucy to bone cancer. When the pain killers stopped working, we couldn't watch her suffer. Again, best of luck.

Its great to hear she is improving. I hope you can all be back together for Christmas, although really I doubt Meadow actually understands the concept of Christmas, she just wants to be home as soon as she can.

Oh Barb, I am dancing with joy that Meadow is feeling better! I just know she will be home for Christmas! We are praying very hard for her to get well enough to come home.
