Zlata wanted to be at the north pole on the 21st to see if the poles would shift, no probs here she says. Zlata andher friends would love to wish all her rendo friends the best of holidays, a very merry christmas and happy new year.

A cute holiday greeting Steve! Nicely done. Actually, the Mayans were not "wrong" about anything. The truth is they NEVER made any end of the world predictions as people seem to think they did. They simply ended their calendar on yesterday's date is all. It was simply the end of one of their calendar cycles. : )

a wonderful Christmas image! what a relief to know the poles haven't shifted, thank you Zlata, for making the difficult trip to find that out for us. I don't think people get that it is merely the end of the Mayan long calendar, not the end of the world, there just any more of the Maya around that know how to make the next long calendar. So here we are, no more Mayan calendars, guess we'll have to make do with our own calendars, grins.
