Description

This scene is a combination of a World Machine file I used years ago with Terragen Classic and the clip file called 'Lakes and small mountains' by 'Goms'. Goms' displacement node connects to the Heightfiled shader (under Heightfiled load) of the World Machine file. As soon as I am able, I'll make this terrain available at 'File Sharing'. You will find many nice points of view with this terrain. Lakes and small mountains .tgc clip file by 'Goms' Simple Camoflage Surface (color variation) .tgc clip file by 'FrankB'. Fake Stones .tgc clip file by 'dandelO'. PGS Evolution V2 (procedural grass) .tgc clip file by 'dandelO'. Thick Snow .tgc clip file by 'Saurav'. The Noble One tree (winter) .tgo file by 'Walli'. All of the above Clip Files are available for download at the Planetside Forum. The remaining vegetation populations provided by 'New World Digital Art' (NWDA); specifically, 'Dry Shrubs' by 'Walli' - #8 variety was used with the default for the leaves being set at maximum making them brighter. Bob

Wow!! Amazing vast terrain and can see the possibility of many POV's. You've picked a nice one with lots to view. Excellent textures and populations to do it justice. Would have done without the smoke from the house though, doesn't look right. Other than that A-1. Merry Christmas Bob, hope you have a great one. Jim

Great landscape Bob! I almost missed the small dwelling in the center, until I realized that's where the smoke was emanating from! What a wonderful view it would be from the valley!
