Wishing all a very merry Christmas. Hope it brings you much joy and that you are able to take the time to remember and reflect on the true meaning of the season...
Usually I do not canvas for a charity...just not my style...So here goes...Instead of buying crappy Christmas gifts that most folks don't need, want or likely will never use, I ask you folks to consider taking that money you would spend on gifts and contribute it to a worthwhile cause. I have a mushy heart when it comes to little kids and animals. This is about little children who were born with a facial/mouth disfigurement...a cleft lip/cleft palette. It is truly heartbreaking. Not only does this unfortunate birth defect cause a great deal of physical difficulty, it leaves deep psychological scars due to the ridicule these little kids receive from their peers and community at large...it only costs $240 for an operation to correct this disfigurement. These children live in poverty all across the world, and without donations and the generously donated time and expertise of doctors and nurses, they would never be able get this defect repaired. One need not contribute the full amount...any amount will go towards an operation...please visit operationsmile.org to get more information. A very merry Christmas to you and your family Barb. We always make a donation to our local animal shelter (the same place we adopted Lilly) but I'll be happy add some support to help your charity as well. Thanks for this info.

I wish you an awesome holiday also. hope yours is safe I have not bought any presents, and I have had so many expenses lately that donations is not possible , but I think they are very necessary. really good of you to mention it

Beautiful render Your such a sweetie and have such a soft sweet heart... If I could I would give to the Humane Society that commercial breaks my heart Unfortunately I cant support the cause if I had more money I could..I am trying to find a used car..........older model for around $800 if I can find one around here sometimes you can.........so keep your fingers crossed......I got the one I have now for $300 and it has run like a top for 4 yrs or longer...so been lucky but it looks like the Clampbettmobile where it has got hit by deer where hubby delivered papers in the country at nights........but it gets us where we are going.....it has no heater so have to bundle up when we go out or most of the time I let Bruce go..........the cancer center van takes me to my appts there and to my Dr so that helps there..........and would give to the childrens cause but I cant do that either However I can pray for them............
