Poser 6 > Vue 6(Esprit) > CS2
Hello,
Uumm, this took a while to make lol....think i did this last spring. It was very fun to make, please ZOOM for there is all sorts of little details in this one. For fun I'll mention that although most of the soldiers in the castle were rendered using powerages MOM crowd generator (2d planes) with the land and castle in Vue alot of the fore front warriors were rendered in poser individually, composited in CS2 and touched up. The seige weapons were made with primitives in Vue. Smoke, fire and larger dragon renders were composited lastly in CS2. thats pretty much it :)
Hope you enjoy, and Merry Christmas ! As always comments welcome.

Incredible detail and action here. Must have taken forever to build. Good choice of castle, strange that we don't see that one more often. Fine compositing, it certainly doesn't stand out, that it's how it's made. Well done, 5* and fav...

WOW! This is FANTASTIC! All the detail is AWESOME! One has to look at this for a long time to fully appreciate it and the long one looks, the more small, previously unnoticed detail come to the eye. The battle between fire and ice, hot and cold, perhaps good and evil - a timeless battle theme. I find myself wondering, as I look at this ... who are the "good guys"? Who are the "bad guys"? What is the cause of this battle? What is the story behind this? AWESOME work Trigue and good to see an upload from you.

It's an huge, huge work. And also a nice gift from Spring to Christmas ! Fortunately that you did some characters render seperatly, your CPU had divorced from you lol Very well done. Hope you have a great Christmas day and you're going to end this year as well.
