Description

I took this photo last night of Orion, Aldebaran, Jupiter & the Pleiades awash in the moonlight! This holiday just doesn't seem like one as my Dad was diagnosed with terminal cancer on Thursday. It's spreading fast & he is getting weaker faster! I've been sitting here just thinking about all of the good times we've shared. He is my best friend! Hope you all have a Very Merry Christmas & A Prosperous New Year!!! Rick

Sorry about your father. :( Good pic of the trio.....Orion, Taurus, and Pleiades. I too was looking at that direction last nite....was looking at the ring around the moon. Its sorta in your image, arcing right above jupiter.
