Description

A view of one of the slot canyons we passed through on our Needles hike. Not recommended for people suffering from claustrophobia, as some of the passages are very narrow with overhanging rocks. Wouldn't want to get caught in one of these during a flash flood either...

I like the blue/purplep/mauve shadows against the orange sunny bits. Lovely sun and shadow play! I'm not claustrophobic in the least, and would probably enjoy this experience immensely!

outstanding capture. when I was in Zion a park ranger said the same thing. a storm can be completely out of sight but cause flash flooding

I'll just enjoy your shots, thanks; I am a bit claustrophic, and I start to panic if I can't see the sky. Beautiful capture, the colour palette is a lovely mix of hues!
