It raining and raining and all the snow is gone here. Well I am fine with that :)

How wonderful to have the red ones! I should not mind if it were this sort that were stealing the bird food! We are plagued with the Grey squirrels which are cute but such a nuisance. Beautiful photos of this adorable creature, Helle! Have a lovely time with your family this holiday, and let's hope the weather remains kind.

We have gray ones. We have black ones. We do not have red ones! I wish we did. This is fantastic. What a collage. What a brilliant, red animal, and so incredibly cute also! I could spend hours just watching these little, busy people. When I was a child, I read Ranger Rick's Nature Magazine and in each issue, there was a story concerning, well..."Ranger Rick" a Racoon who worked as a forest ranger, and one of his friends was "Sammy Squirrel" and I always think of those characters whenever I see squirrels, but it wasn't until I saw this image that I imagined Sammy Squirrel as a redhead! These are brilliant! I love each and every one of these shots.
