Today's ride is for Richard (Richardphotos) as I believe this was (not this car) but was his first ride he ever owned back in the day. This great looking "57" Chevrolet Custom Bel Air 2dr. Hardtop is for you Richard so I hope it brings back memories and if this wasn't your first car then I got my info wrong at any rate enjoy viewing it as I believe this is the first "57" I've posted here. thanks Stan. mine was a four door and black, but this one rocks! brings back memories, but as I told someone recently, I had far more fun in my 55 Chevy even though it was a six cylinder. I actually had some girlfriends while I had the 55, because I had money from working. when I had the 57, I was lucky to pay rent/gasoline even though I was employed

My dad had a '57 Chevy in a lilac metallic color. It had a white top, and black and silver upholstery. Cool shot!

I'm pretty sure this color was called 'Coronado Yellow' and was also used on the 1957 Pontiacs. It was always my favorite yellow!
