Description

I goofed on the 'be gentle, it's my first time' thumbnail and was called on it. It was my mistake and I sincerely apologize to Renderosity, staff and moderators. It will not happen again. I've been a member here for over ten years and this was the first time I was called on a TOS violation. I felt I needed to apologize as I should have known to read the TOS more carefully when I wandered into unfamiliar territory like images with nudity.

grin Thanks for all the comments so far! I know we all make mistakes, but I spent many years in Alcoholics Anonymous and learned that, for my sake, apologies are a necessity. But there are no rules saying I can't make it sincere AND funny!

Welcome to the Club! This has happened to me too. Please don't worry too much. These mistakes happen and as far as I know, no member was ever killed here (by staff) for such a mistake. ;) Iirc, their new TOS became more restrictive some years ago, due to new general policies/laws at USofA, which R'osity itself as site owner has to obey there. So... better re-read their thumbnail fineprint (all 500+ pages) and then get creative to carefully redesign possibly challenging thumbs. Or in case of doubt, discuss it before posting with a moderator, which I would recommend and which I did some time ago.

Making a "mistake" is different when it's "intentional" or an "accident"...There's a BIG "difference" between the 2 and as you stated it was an accident and won't happen again.Though I'm not a staff member or moderator I still forgive you buddy!....(smiles)... Carry On!....

I've been nailed on that one several times over the past few years... never intentional, just sometimes don't think before I post. I'm like that a lot these days in RL too. I can't forgive because I don't judge to begin with... I always figured we were born buck assed nekkid and there isn't anything wrong with skin unless you make it distasteful. chin up, stiff upper and all that rot, wink wink, nudge nudge ..

When I first uploaded, I assumed if you checked the nudity box, it automatically put up the Advisory thumb. I learned better. At least they didn't ban you from posting again. It's such a sad face on your avatar. Cheer up! We have a brand new year to make new mistakes in!
