Description
Well now, seems as if 2013 is knocking on our post apocalyptic door. Guess Planet X took a wrong turn, or perhaps the Mayans made an error when carving their script. Much money was made, during the past three decades, on this weird prediction. I first encountered it in 1974. Low key, but starting to expand. Question- who and why did this grow to be a cottage industry? Happy New Year to all the great people at Rendo, enjoy!

The Mayans never prophesied anything about the End Days really, it was US that read what we wanted into the end of that particular Cycle of the Mayan Calendar, like all things Cyclic where one ends another begins. Splndid work James Peace

I understood it the same way Lenard explained it, it was merely the end of a cycle, just as we have just finished a cycle, a yearly one for us. And yet our world does not end at the finish of each year. It is all just hype, and clever advertiser interpreting things to their own advantage. Love this tribute to the Mayan Experience!
