Description
The “Cyberdocz”had a fine relaxing New-Years Eve with lots of chocolate lol.
We spend the night in front of television with our 3 babies..very nice indeed,economic-crisis has also its good sides,not as many firecrackers as years before-heheheh.
And a rant to the TV stations,this xmas and new years program has been the cheapest and weakest i have seen in ages. Movies from the 70s and 80s and some of the 2000s but no real blockbusters,just crappy partymusic with second class comedians,and dumb disc-jockeyz.
Is it not enough that you suck all the money up with your crappy “product placements” - poisoning the whole planet,you should at least invest a few bucks to give the spectators a fine holiday movie package instead of just stuffing the money up your azzes.

** i thought it fun to switch clothes ,i know i should have waited for the next scene,sometimes it overcomes me and then i dont know where it leads me.My psychopath or was that psychiatrist - lol,said to let it all out,mumbled something about creative vibes.muha.

Well, you had some very excellent creative vibes when you made this one, Rene! I have to chuckle when you tell about your New Years evening! You are sure correct about all the crappy low quality projections on the tele as well! A most enlightened and splendid rant tonight! Bravo!

when I was younger and drank, we'd have the countdown on tv and drink and everynow and then something interesting would be on and we'd stop and watch... Dick Clark died a couple years ago and they used his name for the name of the show - the show sucked. Jenny McCarthy (my favorite Playboy bunny) co hosted the show - she was alright talking to the crowd, but the entertainers they had - they must of been desperate. justin beeber was their main attraction - lol... I mean, who at the age of over 21 cares for this guy? he's good for the teenagers but let's be real, New Years Eve is an Adult holiday. I had it on the tv, but was in and out of the room and it was all crap.... even the dropping of the ball in New York sucks... They aught to have that free fall drop down a pole and have it explode into the numbers of the year - or better yet, fill that ball up with money and when it hits the bottom money sprays out into the crowd - they could have raffle tickets and that's the only way you could stand in the crowd - it would be fun to see people in slow motion diving for money - lol ....but hell, they could do something better than have this ball slowly go down this pipe and then they show 2013 - woo woopy, like I've never seen a neon sign before - lol

Well your not alone on the crappy TV shows I think it must be the same world wide.. Even on a normal weekend the programs are crap not like the years back when there was always a good movie or program on the Saturday night!

Ah, the Cyber Doc is off as he means to continue! Telly was the same here - pish! I figured it was just because the TV people thought that most would be out drinking so why put decent stuff on! Anyway, I've got stupid amounts of films and stuff so it wasn't really a problem.

Heh Heh, I had to read the Docs Blog when I saw the title! I agree 100%, there's good & bad Doc with the global bollocks! We too had a few Fireworks, else it was mercifully quiet. TV sucks a lot for sure which is why I guess I spend so much time on my PC!!

hahahahaha... we were bitching last night about the same thing Doc.. No movies, no great events. Nothing but bullsh t and the fiscal cliff masquerade. It's like that in the world today, give em crap, quality doesn't matter anymore unless you can afford the best. The average person doesn't deserve anything of value in this world where squeezing the last dollar out of the consumer is all that matters. We pay for tv now, all the good radio is on satellite as well, we buy bottled water (I don't) holy shit... next we will be paying for the air we breath.

Wonderfully done scene Rene. I agree 100% with TV, but it is not just holiday programing. I seldom find anything worth watching at any time. When I grew up we had 2 channels that you could get and often the problem was both had shows on at the same time you wanted to see, now there is 600 channels and seldom even 1 good show on.

Getting the new year off to a perfect start - a Rene Rant! We've been without TV for several months and don't really miss it. The handful of shows we like, we watch on the computer. They still stick advertisements in but my keyboard has a mute button and they are never more than 2 minutes. As usual your scene is meticulously staged and has all those lovely details I crave. Thanks for making my day complete!

Unless he's heading the other way screaming at the mere thought.... };-) Since I DON'T watch TV I'm not in the least bothered by the crappiness which was SO bad 13 years ago that I stopped watching it then, but don't tell anyone or they'll send the "Watch our Commercials" Gestapo after me.....
