I took this from a walk over I have been cold this entire year! since the 25th it has been cold here, below normal temperatures

My brother brought the New Year in at a place called the Stratosphere as he was there bringing in the new year with his girl friend...He said it was chilly too but 35 degrees is considered a heat wave here in Wisconsin.....lol.... Great Capture Richard!
