If you have never heard this song (written for Tim Burton's Alice in Wonderland), your missing an awesome song. I saw the movie forever ago, when it came out in theaters) but I somehow missed hearing or noticing this song. I discovered it on YouTube a week ago, became obsessed, and was compelled to create this over my holiday. When I say compelled, I mean I had the song on repeat until people in my house couldn't take any it any more ... lol. Luckily, the house if full of artist-types, so I got to play it a lot before they said anything (then I just played it softly while they slept ... lol). I have done several searches for the actual lyrics, but it seems everyone's interpretation differs. So, I found a live concert filming and also considered the singers gestures and facial movements where I could to try to decipher what is really being sung.
