Description

Well meadow is finally home & is flat out on the settee in the front room. She is, as Anita said "Under house arrest" for the next month. When she goes out in the garden she must be on a lead, so I have put a slip one by the door. She was so pleased to see us, she told Jasmine that as far as she was concerned "The boss was back". She has lost a lot of weight but I am going to carry on feeding her a little every three hours as she has been used to. She came home & ate some tripe so I was pleased about that. I will stay downstairs with her tonight & make sure she is ok. It is lovely to have her home but it is still a worry making sure she is alright. Thanks for all the best wishes & prayers for Meadow if I could ask you to keep on I would be very grateful. xxx

Barbara, thanks so much for letting us know that little Meadow is finally at home. I'm sure she will improve even more now that she's back with her loving family. I'll be sure to keep her in my prayers for a speedy recovery.

I was so happy when you txt'd me to say you were on the way home with Meadow, thank goodness she is over the worse. It surely is a dreadful thing she has had for it to take so long for her to get over it, but I am sure each day that passes you will see an improvement in her. She of course is still in my prayers and the girls - they sit before me as I pray for her looking up at me sat side by side it really is so sweet! hugs and love xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and extra big hugs for Meadow and Buck tonight too xxxxxxxxxxx

Oh, I know just how you feel. I was so glad when Maya came home after being kept at the vets for 3 days so for you after almost 3 weeks it must be tenfold! I also understand the apprehension. I too was worried for the first few days she was home - but we love our furry friends so much it's unavoidable :) Give Meadow a (gentle) hug from me ! Hope Buck is ok too !!

What a relief that Meadow is home. It means she will get better for sure. I know you will feed all the things she needs to gain back all the weight she lost. Still, I will keep her in prayers .. and in my heart .. I am just SO happy she is home.

Lovely shots of the animal hospital, so glad she is back home where she will be pampered by you all. I guess Jasmine was pleased to see the boss back and now has relinquished all leadership back to Meadow ;-). Will keep her in my thoughts and prayers as we want her 100% ASAP..
