Description

When I went to Spirit Mountain Casino, naturally my camera was at the ready and I got a lot of good photos. I like this lightwall - very soothing to the eyes

This reminds me of the electrotecture installations I read about in WIRED magazine, when it still had Mondo 2000 as its primary competition. Both magazines, being interested in cyberculture, as they were, presented extensive write-ups on things like this light wall, only with a slightly more sinister edge to it. This photo makes me think of the heady days of the cyberpunk movement (before it was hijacked by commercial interests and leather retailers.) As a photograph, it's simply amazing. I love the nearly-concrete vibe the abstraction has here. This is brilliantly seen.
