Wow, that is really a great shot! Composition is just stellar. And great control on lighting ....given that you were shooting on snow it is amazing that the puppy isn't all dark. I think you should be looking for a competition to enter this one into.

Such an expressive face! I love the curly hair and the head cocked to one side. Dogs are so expressive and it's clear that they think...in another language, of course, and since no one speaks Canine (yet) we have no clue what they're actually thinking/perceiving. This is a gorgeous dog and a fantastic, heart-warming photo.
