Hi! My name is Ed and I am just getting back in to photography. I have been taking pictures since the late 60's but kind of stopped for almost 30 years. I took mostly point and shoot pictures for years and decided to get back into a little more hands on photography.
I just got a Nikon D5100 with a 18-55mm lens and a 70-300mm Telephoto lens. I plan on getting some filter for both and doing a little experimentation with them.
I am interested in all types of photography, but lean towards landscape and trick photography. Â I also would like to try HDR in the future.Â
I would appreciate any feed back that I can get as this will help me fine tune my skills.
Unless stated, all photos are straight from the camera with no Photoshop manipulation.

Beautifully captured. I used to live behind the temple on East Crescent just east of Mesa Drive - right behind the liquor store !

Wow!! That's gorgeous. Nice architecture, and the reflecting pool is a nice touch. But the colors!! This is spectacular. Whatever combination of nature and postwork you achieved here, the result is beautiful!
