Description

A beautifully sculptured conveyance, captured 6/5/10, at the beautiful 25th Annual HB Concours, held at the beautiful Huntington Beach Central Park in beautiful Huntington Beach, California. A handsome front end with those expansive fenders, but without a bumper to protect them, I would surmise that along with the neat grille, they would be highly vulnerable in a collision. My research indicates it did have a front bumper when it first came out of the factory. I believe my image is reflected in the fenders. Looks like a 1955 Chevrolet over to the left. See ya, and have a nice day.

Beautiful photos of this Hudson Coupe. First image appears to be hovering a few inches off the grass. :-}

These front fenders make him look as if he has big fat cheeks but he really is beautifully sculptured. I guess he drives very carefully so as not to have a collision. Superb captures with great reflections.

Wow, I think I'm in love with this one...love the colour, and those pillowy lines! Excellent cheesecake shots, Harry; I wonder if those big fenders are factory issue or the result of someone's modifications? I wasn't around in 1939, so I don't know what they really looked like straight off the factory line. What a beauty!
