Description
As you sure know, the weather is deeply modified and the changes are seen everywhere now.
And as you sure remember, I told you that Swilly would leave my house for some time after the Xmas day. Well, she left on Dec 26 headed to the little town on the sabana and the honor of that document she signed at the Mozambique's Aquarium.
But before to leave, she told me a bit more about her and her story.
This time, she was seated on the balcony's floor and a small bird ated from her hand a piece of bread. That is not a common thing here, birds use to fear humans...
So she told me this:
There was a celebration on the islands, time ago, and the young ladies used to wear clothings and garments made with the feathers that the island's birds discard when changing them. No one living feather was allowed to be used for that.
The colors were fabulous but maybe the most interesting thing is that many of the feathers were severely damaged, decolored or even broken.
The legend said that the soul of the birds was stored in them so this usage was some kind of second chance to be alive in more than a way.
The people danced, and sang, and dropped flowers around.
But the last time, it snowed.
Nobody understood what happened, but the day started very cloudy, cold, and in the afternoon, snowed. Not hard, not strong, just a dust of small crystals over the sand.
Some poeple took it as a signal of the unnatural changes, others took it as a message of the gods.
Swilly and her intuitive parents took it as a sample of how much things can change with no warning... so much more when you get signals for long time.
She said that the celebration was done in the beaches as always, but people sang with more intention and feeling... as if all them were living a countdown.
This year she sure is on a boat, doing things for the Earth. I don�´t think we will see her often, but we know she is there in some place, making a wish come true.
A living earth.
A living race.
A living future.
