... than the stars in the sky.
Justen was sent by his village to speak with the silent gods of the ruins. so far they had refused his offerings and prayers and had not communicated with some one of his low status. The wind ruffled through the buildings and a dark'on cruised overhead. It ignored him and most of the villagers but it was rumored that thousands had once cruised the skies and raining destuction over the planet. now they were few and far between and were seen only rarely.
