Hi All Thanks so much for your comments and favourites. And thanks again for selecting my image 'broken' to be in last week's gallery! It is such an honour! This photo I took on the Vilanculos beach in Mozambique. In Mozambique the sun rises around 4am already, so I had to get up and waited for the sun to come up. Thanks for your comments and hope you all have a wonderful day/night. Colene

So beautiful! I love that long vista. Here in Seattle we are bracked on the east and the west by tall mountains, and it rains a lot. That means the sun is pretty high in the sky when it shows itself, and also the air is very clean. While that makes for a nice place to live, it does nothing to create spectacular sunrises and sunsets! Mostly it's dark and gets light, then gets dark again, with no fanfare. So I'm really enjoying this view!!

Wow Colene, you really stopped me in my tracks with this one. What a wonderful capture of this beautiful sunrise. The colors are out of this world and it has such a dramatic appearance.
