Last year was the hottest on record... the heat will be back before you know it... you aught to be wishing for lots of snow/rain so we have ponds come summer. I've seen a lot of creeks and rivers low.... We've had maybe 5 inches of snow in the Denver area and we usually have that before october ends.... global warming is real... the people that pay attention to the seasons know it's only gonna get hotter and hotter... besides, I want to build a kickass snowman before the season is over - lol

If I could swap daytime high temps with you and others wishing for Summer, Rick, I'd do it in half-a-heartbeat~ Southern Florida doesn't have seasons, it has weather =/ and I miss the cold shots of true Winter. A beautifully written narrative for this vibrant image, great work!

It is a beautifully written piece that goes well with this most beautiful fractal. I myself still love winter. I love the seasons and would desperately miss them if they disappeared and became just one long summer.
