Description

Taken somewhere up in NH. We were fortunate. Wet snow coated the trees there but usually that is not the case as temperatures are much colder. Thanks for the views / comments. :)

We don't get a lot of snow here, but when we do, it's invariably wet. This image is comforting ahd familiar, something the same there as it is here. It somehow makes the world smaller. Lovely!

You do winterscapes incredibly well! This is superb! I love the patterns the way I just zoom into this shot as the viewer. Everything seems reduced to its essentials and that's never a bad thing. I love the essentials of winter: actually, I love the essentials of any season, but winter has such a nice, clear mood and even something of a sound (or that anti-sound of falling snow.) I love how evocative this shot is.
