I wrote a science fiction story (I'll probably post it in the writer's gallery, eventually) that takes place on a world with walking trees...they look more like willows that this lovely specimen. I love the starkness of this image and the "ambulatory roots". This one looks like it's resting before deciding where to go next. I love the POV and the stark, clean attributes of this image.
