Description

This poor wee Cavalier King Charles pup has gotten lost and wandered the streets so alone and afraid, until our boys, the Staffordshire Bull Terriers and the Pit Bull found him. The little guy feels so much better now, knowing that he has protectors against any threat. So you see, not all tough looking dogs that have reputations are bad tempered at all. Most of them are marshmallows with great big hearts, full of love for anyone who would give them a home. These guys are from Jane's new package, JaneEden's Dogs. She has created these four, and there's a German Shepherd, a Border Collie, a Dalmation, a Pug, a Rotweiller, a Papillon, A Golden REtreiver, and a Chocolate Lab. They are just gorgeous! Thank you Dear Jane, for letting me play with these beautiful, beautiful dogs! I've used two Staffordshires, one sitting one standing, he Pit Bull and on the bench is the wee Cavalier King Charles. The background is JaneEden'sDilapidation Places. Both packages can be found at YURdigital.com. Great Big Thanks for all who stopped to see the previous post and leave comments. You all know I love reading the comments! Thanks for the faves as well.

Didn't do justice to the wee Cavalier ... had to size him down a lot so he'd be the right size. The dogs are all wonderfully big and easy to work with.

This is such a wonderful image Rita, and I loved the story of them offering protection to the pup. Your point was well made about dogs that look vicious being kind. I have two big dogs that are half pitbull and they are the sweetest girls you could ever meet. They're very loving and great with children, so that is why I believe it is all in how you train them. Thank you so much for using these amazing dogs, sis did a wonderful job on them

My favorite dogs you mentioned, but they're not in this upload, so that means I have something to look forward to. Yellow lab / golden retriever is the best dog I ever had - he passed years ago and I know when I wasn't in his life the last few years it crushed him... divorce happens. Rusty and I were best friends and after I was forced to leave, he didn't have anyone taking him to the park and playing frizzbee with... I've never seen a dog age as fast as he did the next couple years. Couldn't take him with me cause I was in an apartment that didn't allow dogs - even for visits. ...I'm glad these dogs are guarding the little dog and not the trash - lol

This is a delightful image. I absolutely adore pitbulls and staffies. They really do have great big hearts. There is so much predjudice against them, mostly caused by media sensationalism. If a pibble bites, it is all over the news.. you never hear a word when any other breed bites or even kills though. It gives a very lopsided and wrong view. Sadly, it is this view that is causing people to base decisions about these wonderful dogs. Tonight I found out that Petsmart won't allow any of the bull breeds in their programs.. they have lost my business! I hope more people will let them know that they can't base their policies on myths. Thanks for posting this.

nice composition I agree that a lot of dog breeds have been given bad reputations we have a Rottweiler-Sheppard mix that is the biggest sweetest dog I have ever owned here she is in her very laid back attitude. http://www.renderosity.com/mod/gallery/index.php?image_id=1994434&user_id=4249&np&np

Excellent image, Rita. The use of the dogs is very realistic, fine composition, I may add. The narrative is also very interesting. The reputation that some dogs have is a major issue these days, especially the Pit bulls. Recently in a the city of Fitchburg MA, a mother and her three year daughter were attacked by a Pit Bull. The injuries were not that serious, but it adds fuel to the issue about these dogs and their aggression. We are being assailed by guns and certain dogs, what's next? Well done!!!!!
