Description

This was taken from an aircraft flying over the Grand Canyon National Park in Arizona. The flight was very turbulent and my wife Julie was being sick from start to finish but I loved every minute of the flight.

really a great capture. I like when the weather is clear as all the airlines from Dallas to Vegas fly directly over Grand Canyon for the flight pattern into Vegas back in the 70's I flew to Farmington, New Mexico to work at Shiprock,NM and part of the trip was on prop aircraft. the heat rising off the desert caused the plane to buck like a rodeo bull
