hi this is my first attempt at a sorta 'astrophotography shot'. you'll see the most details in ZOOM. lots of postwork. it was taken just around midnight last evening. it's very cold here and the moon was in the north western sky at this point. hope you like. have a very nice day/nite. ***chills and thrills***

Talk about timing! Just as I realize that I have to really catch up with your gallery, you post a nice, moody shot like this! And to top it off, you shot this last night? If so, you caught a conjunction too...the next one of this sort won't be around until 2026 or something like that! The moon and Jupiter were--at least visually--withing kissing distance of each other. What I love about this shot is that it is astrophotography, but there's a fuzzy quality that adds to a different, more earthbound mood. That skeletal tree is amazing. Excellent work...and I hope to catch up on the stuff I've been missing!

very nice ,yeah wind and storm here as well.and as the constructions on the spanish coast dont consist of the finest materials there is no insulation,as fast as we heat the heat goes out through all the little joints and we end up with a crappy electricity bill. and of course spoain had the glorious idea starting january 2013 to penalize the househoulds who are above an level x of consume. meaning you have to pay your ass off to be comfortable wnad warm and on top you get penalized. i just love democracy lol.
