Hi. :))) How are you today? I am doing sweetly. :)))) Well I received my wish on Friday. No school did we have. :))) Now when I looked out at 5:30 there was nothing on the roads and I thought how strange that school had been called off. I have to say that I laid back down and fell asleep. :))) When I woke this time and looked out everything was covered in ice. I understood at that very moment why there was no school. LOL!!! I then got ready and went out to take some pics. I was very, very careful while out. The ice was on half of the porch. It was so quiet and peaceful while I was out. :)) I have to say that I didn't stay out long at all bc it was so very cold. The snow never showed up. :( It is good that it didn't bc I wouldn't have went out and played on ice. LOL!!! So no playing in the snow this weekend. :( We may see some next weekend though. :)))) How has the weather been where you are? I hope it has been most pleasant. :)))))) While out yesterday I shot this image of our little evergreen all covered in ice. :))))) Ice has a way of bringing out a different kind of beauty in trees and plants. :))))) I think this bit of ice looks like a little star. :)))) I want to say thank you ever so much to each that looked, commented, and rated my last image. :)))) My friends george kitty is wanting to be fed now so I will have to go. :))))) Before I go I want to wish each a most warm and comfy evening and nite. :)))) I wish each extra sweet dreams tonite. :))))) I wish your tomorrow beautiful and sweet. :)))) Carry A Warm Smile In Your Heart :))))) Til later my friends. :))))))) Zoom is much better. :)))

Beautiful shot, yes it is like a crystal star! Here we had the classic warm time.(I really would like a little of snow for a change)

We're getting ice now! I'm quite ready to go out and photograph it, only nothing is looking quite icy and photographic yet. I should have placed a few things outside so that I could photograph them later. Oh well! I love the complexity in this shot and the colors are nice and subtle. Great capture of the ice as well: it looks so fragile. This is really super work.
