Description
In the past, when ever I was composing a model for a scene, I usually just put them on a black background with a generic plane to stand on. But this usually resulted in problems if a part of the model was too dark or if the plane looked out of place floating in the middle of nowhere. So I got the idea to come up with a more stable 'artistic plane' as I called it, where I could place models-in-progress and have the renders turn out pretty good on their own. What I ended up with was a sort of monochrome theme with a darkened horizon in the background and a sort of reflective marble floor beneath. It does exactly what I want it to, which is showcase the model, so there is a good chance I'll be using it again in the future. Thanks for looking!
