If evolution had a second chance, humans would probably look like this. - Horns are good for poking and defending yourself. Not so good if you like hats though... - A sturdy beak is also good for poking. It's good to have in mind that almost all predators are very touchy about their noses, which also run if you catch cold ;-) - Pointed ears are better for hearing. - Wings are not only for flying, they can also help ascending from cliffs and tall buildings (no worries about planes crashing into skyscrapers). They can also provide at least partial shield when under attack. - Human feet are almost perfect as they are, but an additional claw in the heel helps maintaining balance and gives an edge when defending yourself with feet.
